Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return the item for a full refund. Please review our return policy below for more details.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email our customer service at sales@ktbrother.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, and mail it to:

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS
